you can write a mail to abuse@mediatemplate.net regarding topic with link. I have just send following email. All other can also do the same;

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has come to my attention one of the website hosted on your server (www.mysansar.com) is posting articles which is making fun of one of the largest relegion of Asia - Buddhism. Showing photoshoped Citizenship of Lord Gautam Buddha on its homepage itself.

We kindly request you to  STOP HOSTING the site, which contains objectionable content. At least disable the site until the objectionable content is removed from the website.
