Cyberlegend, in previous reply I have mentioned IP ban and other more detailed ban structures depending upon circumstance(s).
Regarding your comment "upto the people who need to act smarter and ignore any idiotic comment."
As a host, I cannot invite people to my house and expect them to ignore idiotic comments directed at them. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect until proven otherwise. On the other hand, it's common sense to follow rules of etiquette.
