Cowboys and those who support flagging,
If you check the "Most Rated" tab on homepage, you see that the most rated is 10 for one thread. Basically, from my experience with the rating/flagging system in sajha is that people just do not get into it. It is just not used enough for us to be able to depend on it. (It would be ideal if the flagging/rating system was utilized as it's supposed to be but as we can see here people just don't like to make that extra click )
And as far as dictatorship goes, since when did having common sense rules on etiquette become dictatorship? If anyone is allowed to say anything to anyone - even people asking for help, I'm afraid that is ANARCHY and that's not something we want to encourage here.
Additionally, case in hand, check the thread called [oaksgang]: Euta sano favor....haters stay away and get a life.. oaksgang [11] [947] 19 Mins ago
The user obviously had seen activity of 'haters' so he had to actually put a disclaimer in his thread - which went unheeded as we can see in the thread. That is not the type of virtual community that we want to create...
