" केस गर्यो भने मात्र हो, एदी केस पनि गरेन भने त झन केही नै खुल्किदैन" ---> that is true if you don't want to apply for citizenship later. In my case, my employer will not file a case against me even I leave early but I don't want to jeopardize my citizenship application later. Thats why people like me want to become sure about what is the safe period for sticking with the petitioning employer. Advice from a immigration expert/lawyer is highly appreciated.
