As you said, some people may not express themselves 'fully' in English. or

Some of the things are best expressed in Nepali (even if you have excellent English) and to type in Devanagari font takes extra effort (however, it's a lot easier these days).

Neglish (your word) is not as fluently read as pure English or pure Nepali. I also don't like to read whole paragraph in Neglish. But I don't mind reading some words here and there... 

To those who don't want to write in English, i wish you could use the  (insert Unicode).
