Yes no one wants to participate, but it is ok. Federalism is not bad but ppl who are dying after federailsm dont know that system itself doesn't do any god unless it is sterreed to right dirrection. If system itself was good enough we had multiparty system since 2046 it lead to another revolution. Similarly federalism if not handled properly will lead to another revolution and in the end may be disintegration of the country.Whether you drive BMW or Kia if you dont follow the dirrection there will be an accident. If we don't handle it properly federalism it will not be a escape but begenning of another problem and we don't know where will it lead the country.
