When you guys will be retiring . you guys might be lucky because then the real estate market will collapse in Nepal.. it may collapse pretty soon, however, it will not lower the property value that much.

But after 10-15 years time, you guys will be going back to Nepal to spend your advancing ages.. then everything there woill be cheaper...
