EB2 or EB3

The main difference between EB2 and EB3 right now is the time to process each case. EB3 easily takes anywhere from 4-7 years. EB2 tends to be done within a year provided your case doesn't go for audit.


That might motivate you to go for EB2, however EB2 has stricter requirements. If the job requirement is for Masters then you can apply for EB2. If the requirement is Bachelor + 5 years then I think you might still qualify for EB2 but a lot of scrutiny will be applied to qualify your case.


You definately qualify for EB3, but if you want to go for EB2 then talk to the company lawyers.
