If you have a h1b visa but your f1 visa has expired, can you visit Nepal?

kyaa gajjab gajjab ko question garchhau sathi ho.....once you are done with college, or once your I-20 is expired, your F1 visa is automatically expires. that page will no longer be useful, you can keep that just as a record and submit a photocopy when you start gc process.

now you have h1b, go to nepal, but don't forget to take a quick tour of the US embassy again right after a day or so you get to nepal. Because, you have to take interview date, go for interview and get a H1B stamp to come back to US again. so do not forget to carry all your employment letter, paystubs, tax returns, and all previous visas, I-20, and h1b approval letter.

if you have every document ok, most likely you get the visa. if you are from an indian consultant, then dont even think to go to nepal until you get a GC.
