How're they going to prevent the clashses among these states? How about the conflict between the state government and federal government? Specially, there'll be a big confusion of the decisions made by terai state and federal government. There'll be a chaos for the sharing of the resources. State government may not follow the decisions made by federal government accusing them of being dominated by certain races.

Similar to todays' bandhs, we'll soon be seeing the blockades of one state against other. If the minority in one state is treated bad, there'll be a revenge taken by another state.

In my opinion, it'll just be like opening a pandora's box. These hungry selfish politicians don't have any vision or plan or strategy to handle any of the troubles that could arise from the federalism. When they can't handle one state, there's no way they can handle many states.
