I was talking about freedom for Newars to practice and preserve their own culture. Now as far as the problems within the newari culture is a whole another can of worms. Nobody is perfect in this world.  What I am talking about is giving freedom to each and every ethnic group to practice their customs and cultures. We might consider rural and quiant but hey if they identify with that so be it. I mean really who am I to question that ?
