but to me newar is not a race but more a culture.
do we want nepal to be divided on the basic of culture? how much territory would you expect to be? i guess atleast 60. or a number similar to the districts of nepal.
now imagine people of each district acting differently from one another. though they have same religion, they are divided culturally. i guess there is a smaller difference in culture between one home to another home. it totally depends upon how you like to do things or like things to be done. rit? now these territories one day may want to divide because each sug group of people deleive in doing differently. how many more territories? may be the number would correspond to the numbers of Nagar palika and Ga. Bi. Sa.
and imagine you need visa to go to each territory.
