Stock Trading site: there are many like SCOTTrade, Ameritrade, Fidelity ,Sogotrade (i use this as its just $3/trade) but now Optionhouse gives for $2.95/share)!!
1. Over Priced when : Market Value > Book Value
2. Under Priced when : Market Value < Book Value
- to understand more about FINANCIAL RATIO ANALYSIS, i recommend SECURITY ANALYSIS by Benjamin Graham ! (its the bible of investment)
Acthung Acthung : DON'T JUMP INTO CONCLUSION, BY JUST LOOKING AT THE BOOK VALUE OR THE MARKET VALUE!! TO COME TO A CONCLUSION YOU MIGHT NEED HELP OF OTHER RATIOs TOO.....BUT FOR ME THIS IS THE STARTING POINT!!
