But i think you know we could achieve a better result if we support others work if it has already beein initiated by another organization. If there are already organization tutoring kids then do not initiate it again but be a part of the other one, that way you can cut down the administrative cost associated with the social work as well.

Just because your intentions and work are good, does not mean it will be good to the society overall. I guess this is one reason why social initiatives are so costly and does not bring a big impact in the society. Imagine 100 different organizations helping few children each working in the same field to one big organization then working with 1000s of children, their impact could be much better with less staff, less administration and could reach out to much more.

But I guess people want to take credit that they initiated something rather than they helped for a cause.
