Arjun. He needs to come out NOW. Even though if he is convicted for 10 years ( worst case scenario)  , he will be around Mid 30s after serving his time . But What would you do, if he get caught after certain years, and case starts to lingering in  the court because it takes a while to gather all the witness, and life will be useless even though he comes out from prison.
