That's a good idea for just about $36 per year. But your family in Nepal has to keep proper track of load shedding schedule, turn the computer on as soon as the electricity resumes and call you. $36 a year may be dirt cheap (compared to crappy calling cards to Nepal) for some people but I love something that's really free.
