Forgot to mention, don't pay for magicjack if you only receive calls in Nepal (no outgoing).
Sign up for a US (or any other country) number at Ring2skype.com. Any call to that number (or numbers in different countries) will ring your Skype in Nepal (or wherever you sign in)...talk as long as you want. Why to mess your computer with magicjack and phone set?
