May be he would have paid he loan earlier, if the government had provided security to such industries, if the engines were able to run 24/7 without interupted electricity supply, if the poor farmers were let to work on their field and grow sugar cane. Even after all this, if the supply was able to be distributed in timely manner through out the country with out nepal bandh ... It makes a good news for a reporter, not for nepalese.  Some people don't even make an attempt to pay the loan. Whatever he offered, may be someone from the bank should counter offer and start the process of negotiation.
