Newari Jhol Momo Achar Recipe

thank you dharanstar...ma teti saro expert pani chhaina hai momo ma....amrika aayera nai dadu panue samateko ho...trial and error bata nai sikeko ho.........


saathi i havent had coupon momo but if your talking about golveda ko jhol achar here it is:


boil tomatoes (roma) until hey are cooked


take a pan/skillet..put some oil, finely chop ginger and garlic and fry, add some onions and fry, add some green chillies and fry them as well. add some garam masala (not too much coz that will take away the taste of tomatoes in jhol achar). of course add some salt.


you coul add some timmur(szechuan peppe) or marich (peppercorns) to make the sauce zesty. however these are optional.


take all thos fried ingredients and add some chopped cilantro to it. now put the boiled tomatoes and the mixture in mixture grinder and there you have it!
