First thing, when I go to any Nepalese community events, I don't even see a single Nepalese guys I will say, 'Wow". They are just guys. They don't even have a sense of humor. And they don't know how to approach a girl. Period. They just going around like  Chicken in the farm.  I hang out with American-Dhoti group, Guys just respect me, girls enjoy and entertain and mingles with everyone. I love their DJ Bhangra music and parties. And American Dhoti guys are really tall!!!!
