P. Joshi is not a thief. He has not taken anything forcefully. He just took advantages of flaws in lottery claiming procedures. He legally claimed the money with lottery Commission office. Whoever has the ticket, money goes to them.
My attention is toward the store owner and Will.
- There are no such rules as clerk should not play the lottery.
- And we don't have to believe when store owner says, P. Joshi never plays lottery.
- It is P. Joshi's interest not to tell the owner if P. Joshi wins any lottery.
- And the owner finds out from the lottery commission doesn't mean P. Joshi has done something wrong.
LOOKS LIKE THE STORE OWNER DID NOT GET THE SHARE AS THEY HAVE PLANNED.
