I think lots of nepali get visa for that university. I used to have a room mate way back in 2001/02 time frame. Once you get into the university you will easily get the CPT I think. university will send you I-20 on scholarship basic and after your graduation you have to pay somewhat 30k or something. I am not sure but its something like that. Contact university and ask for nepali students contact detail. I think they still have at least 10 nepali student.

Even its an indian university, its a reputed one. It has its own currency and 1 Ram Dam = 5 dollars. I think I have seen Ram Dam or something. Forgot it now though.
