That's a great idea and I really really appreciate your feelings and emotions. You are brave and this proves you are 1 in ten thousands. Most of us don't even dare to go back and start. We feel ashamed and ...everyone knows that.

For your answers: Take all the recommendations you can from your professors, employers, managers you worked with and all the stuffs you can...Nepalese organizations want paper prints of letters and recommendations. Make sure you take all the original prints. Try Banking Sectors, Hospitals and UNDP, NGO and INGO too. Believe me, after a long run of time, you will have a social status that we can't ever make here PLUS you will earn and save a lot than we (nepalese) here in the States. Just go for your dream places. I am also returning back in 1 or 2 yrs and I don't want to hear any one talking bull shits when someone thinks about returning back to Nepal. Why do people think Nepal is a horrible place? After all, we started there and whatever we are today is due to nepal. Period!
