Do not give up. YOU CAN.
Exercise, drink enough water, avoid smoking/drinking, avoid staying alone, sleep in time and wake up early, get exposed to sun light, keep room bright, be with more people, if required take appropriate minerals, multivitamins and omega-3 capsules. YOU will feel better. There are examples of beating derpression. Winter is bad for depression.. but you can take it a challenge.. that you will fight it during winter.
