My roommate is moving to India so i am looking for a new roomate in a 2BR house in Jersey City, near Journal Square....
Details:
2 fl house with spacious and separate living room and kitchen, and half bathroom on first fl
2 BRs and a full bathroom on the second fl
Small front yard and back yard....Back yard is big enough for BBQ etc.
8 minute walk to Train and Bus station - Path train and many buses. 7 minute to downtown JC and 10 minute to WTC
C-Town, India Market within few blocks, New Port Mall 7 minutes on Train
Rent is 700 a month and includes all utilities, Internet, Cable and there is a possibility of having the room partially/fully furnished......Would also require a security deposit of around 1000 bucks (landlord requirement)
I work in downtown JC. Like to keep space clean and quiet...Write back if you are interested......Place is available from the beginning of Novermber....Email me if interested and we could take it from there
