I heard there is an office in Kirtipur or somewhere, they send you official transcript directly to the universities or any institutions. But you have to pay for shipping and other admin cost which comes something less then $500, thats what I heard.
Old time we didn't have to evaluate but now I heard they look for evaluation.......
