"During my two years stay in Nepal, I mostly met nice people in villages and cities who show extra hospitability and respect for Kuhires. In villages the men show a certain reverence which is very flattering. However, in the cities, most men think they can get laid easily with white girls. NO, we watch Hollywood movies in which there is lip kissing in every 5 minutes and that in our centuries old society is like a prono. We beleive in hidden beauty not exposed like yours where every female is ready to go to bed after couple of beers. Your culture is only 220 yrs old (ours is almost 5000 yrs old and we still treasure it) and that is also imported from Europe. You are nobody, you have no culture or history. You came here and slaughtered native Americans, took their land forcibly and sent them to reservation pockets. You tricked them, supplied blankets laden with germs and killed them, you killed their bisons-their lifeline and now you claim yourself an American. You took Texas away from Mexicans and now you have problem with them. You are so pathetic. You are not an American but decendants of Irish immigrant whose forefathers came here in search of good life. Your hands are tainted with innocent blood of redskins and somehow out of sheer luck, you happened to travel to such a nation which has a glorious history, never been occupied and you saw smth that was way beyond your imagination. You should stick your imagination to the hospitality and freindliness of Nepali people not what they wear.

I very much agree with your above statement. I have had a very bitter experience with a fellowmen during a project. This runs deep in our society and has become a chronic problem which is slowly gnawing away our country. But this is our problem and eventually we will fix it.
