Soak chamal over night. Next day drain the water from the rice and then Grind it in the grinder, add some ghee and sugar(according to your taste).and do stair it a lot. stir , stir and stir. jati chalayo tyati ramro re. depending on the consistency if it's thick and needed add water . and if it's kinda patalo then add some rice flour(indian grocery ma painchha chamal ko pitho). Now it's redy for sel . heat the oil in the taava .I use foam ko grass to pour the batter . If you are good you can pour the batter with your hand. if not use dadu, or glass or make asmall hole on foam ko glass(which works for me)
