Happy Bijaya Dashami to everyone.

I need some suggestions regarding grad school. Any kind of suggestions will be highly appreciated. 

I graduated in may with Microbiology degree GPA 3.1  .  Big time job hunter. no luck yet. Wanna go grad school next fall for any biology degree. Looking at my gpa and current situation I know it is very hard to get a GA.Having so much of loans to finish undergrad, I cant afford to pay full for grad school. Any friends out there have any suggestions for any good college for me where I have little chance to get GA. I haven't taken GRE yet. Thinking of taking it soon. 

Any kind of suggestions will be helpful.
