Dharane_Kancha is 100% right.
If this thing happen to me..I won't be thinking that I am minority..but i would have done this.
- baby is walking, but they are damaging the rental property,"ceiling' with tools banging against it, disturbing the other tenants. 'Disturbing complaint"
- They do this nonsense at the time when my baby walks, so its harassment to my child. "Harassment complaint".
- If these activities are done by teenagers living with parents, parents are in trouble. "Supervision and diciplinary complaint".
You name it, I have plenty of reasons...
