a) File a complain first.
b) Get a lawyer.
c) Get hold of the site administrator and acquire the users IP and email.
d) You need time and money for this.
PS: I don't see this going to further despite the fact the new internet law has come in affect. You might need legal advice. Hiring an attorney will cost you. It's all up to you.
