i personally condemn the system not race in particular or individuals. no one is jealous here on who studied higher n who went to play marbles, it is about the state policy favourable to sum and not to others. n the fact is it is highly influenced by ethnic cultural n religious background, as sum scholar puts it as 'khas chauvinist' in nepal. n FYI now chettris hav put up an application n r demanding to b included as janjatis which is being reviewd n is under investigation by high level taskforce led by dr om grg wether they qualify or not. this proves the power n importance of ethnicity n how state should treat them with uniformity. we r in high tranformational phase  which might not b very acceptable to few. i say fasten ur seatbelt for more radical changes. also, if there were no such awareness n end of monarchy i guarantee that current COAS chattraman grg would had been already made to resign n instead b replaced by sum one with elite royal family background or strong allegiance to royals.
