it is wrong to play racial card for sum vested interests of few but also it is not to b ignored without finding n implementing proper solutions as to address these socio-political imbalance and injustice. the history of modern nepal is not old n it is very much clear to everyone on its territorial n social formations. the issues r not that sum elites studied high n far which deserved them most of the positions but about thier competencies, morality and responsibilities in given positions. n merit based is just bulshit, they all engage is high nepotism which r inluenced by either their relationship or through corruptions. the major reason is the national policy, it highly attributes the cultural and religious backgrounds of the elites or so called ruling class only. a tharu dude or magar from rolpa can never feel the national pride under such system cause they r more like aliens in thier native land since their social living values n beleifs r totally different from the one articulated by the vague codes of nationalism. myself being the confiderates of kiratis never felt it represents me n my communities sentiments, the whole policy n systems r in fault that does not represent all of nepal's population. the theory is very simple in how rebellion grows. good thing they realized the need of secularism but still more corrective measures needs to b done. unless n untill these r corrected n one opts to remain status quoists i guarantee nepal will always hav to face troubles, given the fact that we all r nepalese but we r diverese n hav differences among us that needs to b acknowledged with respects n dignity  not force n suppression.
