Actually the issue i am going through is, I am a student and I worked in Pakistanis store at Manhattan for like 3 months but he never gave money on time now the problem is that because of his this late payment I left the job. I still need $900 to take from him as my salary but now he is saying that he don't have money and I cannot give you. He even said, you are illegal and you cannot work and you cannot do anything to me. 

Is there anyone who can help me what kind of action can I take him to get my money back and I being in a same side.
