A snake grabs a frog and is about to swallow it. At the meantime, the frog being swallowed sees a fly and catches it. This is our caste system. At every opportunity, every individual is trying to exploit others, irrespective of caste/ religion or language. This is not a collective behavior, although there is a visible pattern and a stereotype can be made thereof. About reservation, I see only children of crème de la crème benefiting. Again about bahunism, I wouldn't have contested its existence in a history book, but for now it is just an antithesis when we all sans Khas are searching for renewed identity. I have no doubt that there should be social equality. Unfortunately, I am seeing  reverse isms.
