Let's suppose "maoist" is constant, now differntiating with respect to YCL, we get
=Maoist *(Peace-terror)
i.e. If Maiost is considered to be constant, there is no effect of YCL! And everybody want Peace so terror can be neglected. Thus,
=Maoist*Peace
This means, maoist can increase peace in country being positive. But right now, maiosts are in negative position, they are decreasing Peace!

This solution is not entirely true coz Maoist is not constant quantity.
Now,
Let's consider Maoist is a variable quantity. As Maoist is a complex variable, we can break it down into two variables i.e.
good maoist + bad maoist
Now, we can integrate 'good maoist' from +Neutral to Peace and 'bad maoist' from Terror to -Neutral
So, final solution would be,
=Peace-Neutral+(-Neutral)-Terror
=Peace-2Neutral-Terror
This means, Maoist are combination of  Peace, Neutral and Terror people. In another word, Maoist started with Terror, attract many politically neutral people (YCL) in the name of Peace in the country!

And, in order to make Peace more strong, Terror should really stop (Terror=0), Neutrals (YCL) should also vanish (Neutrals=0).
