hey dude... why are you over-reacting. its been going on for years and will go on. You lived in america and followed the rules does not mean you know everything and you have to act smart. i went there 2 months ago for a whole semester that is 4 months. hey like you i have lived here for 3 years too and i did not find any problem. you're talking about pokhara and i am talking about kathmandu that is more traffic and more accidents but that is the fun part of it. When i went there i was happy to get a break from this US driving laws and i was happy. Hey its been this way since the very beginning and i dont want it to change and neither does most of the nepali brothers and sisters.
