One of my friend was back home for H1B stamping few months before, who had the same problem like selling alcohol to minor and was jailed for one night. Aba kura ke ayo bhane he got back here, but took him like 2 more months to get cleared under investigation, and get stamped. So it is all on your luck, but i've come accross the worst situation, so be careful for all of you who got caught in sellling to minors.

Mero cousin got caught, and was sent back to ghar after serving like 2 months in jail..........and that was his 2nd time, First time was cleared like yours.
