My girlfriend has the OCD as well Bi Polar disorder. She also has borderline disorder on top of that and is depressed big time. Although she has not mentioned anything about suicide, she cuts herself in a regular basis, especially when she drinks and is sad at the same time. I am afraid she is developing the same kind of suicide thoughts as you. I would like to discuss with you on yahoo messenger in this matter since you are going through this too.....
