okay.. i have heard so many things about people getting stucked in KTM for the h1-b stamping. I have also heard that if its a legit  company then it shouldn't be a problem - which is good.
i know couple of guys who actually got stucked for 3 months until they finally got their stamping. Its scary that even they come back.. their employer would take them in.
as for me.. i am planning to visit home sometime this year. I work in an American company (not from consultancy). saving all my PTO and everything, all i get is 3-4 weeks time.
I was wondering if that would be enough to get all the process done in KTM. I know there are might be lots of variables.. and cannot say for sure that would be enough.. with all these cases about getting delayed..
But what you guys think... is it worth taking a risk? or may be i should pospond until sometime next year...
