One thing that I am not quite sure of is the ‘personalization’ part.

May be it has more motivational value ( celebrity stuff). May be it is a bit dissuading. I do not know. May be it depends. In any case, I would think carefully before ‘personalizing’ what is largely a collective efforts (of many volunteers I came to know personally).

Regardless, HNN remains an inspiring role model volunteerism for Nepalis in diaspora and home.
