Ajay did have sex with his adopted daughter when she was minor (he legally committed a crime).

If we are talking about whether Ajay is a rapist or criminal, it is not necessary to bring the girl's present character. He confessed doing this means, he commited a crime.

Due to Ajay's molestation, the girl, Sapana, changed and became something that Dance Zone is alleging. She may be manipulative, having random sex with guys or what ever, it reflects what Ajay did to her in her early days in the US. If he was protective of this girl as his daughter, she would probably not become like this.

Therefore, Ajay is a criminal no matter how bad she has become now. He also committed a crime because his acts made her to become bad. She would most likely to be like any other Nepali woman now if she was not subjected to what Ajay did. Use common sense, guys. Either way the girl is the victim and Ajay is the criminal.
