The difference is, Biren doesnt have anyone willing to defend him and Maoists have 40% of Nepal's population to defend their criminal act. Also there is a difference between political crime and just crime committed by an individual. Just like Nepali Congress got away with Robbing banks and Hijacking Planes, and just like UML chopped people's head the same way Maoists will get away with their crimes.

But the point is that Khyati's issue is personal and do not politicise it for your benefit.
