Another person who got MBBS scholarships for his daughter is Harsha Narayan Dhaubadel. He was the Ambassador for India at that time when UML was in power in Nepal, and this person easiily scooped the FREE scholarship for his daughter.. but now the daughter is not even serving Nepal.. ha ha.. she's in USA, ha ha... these are the politicains of Nepal... who actually never care about Nepal.... How can Nepal rise.. impossible....
