Brother In USA if you go to bank for loan. They will ask you some question why and what etc. If it is personal loan , then they just care about how you will pay, thats it.

But when you go for loan to start a business then bank will ask you where is your project plan. Bank will decide whethere your paln is feasible or not. Then only they will sanction your loan.

Same this apply to our country, whenever any leaders will say I will do this and that , we need to know proper plan. We should decide wheather the plan is feasible or not then only we should give our country in their hand.
