Country like Nepal must not have death penalty where Judges, police, leaders, doctors, and lawyer can be bought. Even country like USA does mistakes convicting innocent people. Some innocent people had been put to death in the past but later found out they were innocent after DNA tests.  100 criminals may go free but 1 innocent must not die.
