PM shoes are facing toward his guest, who is from a Muslim country, and according to Muslim culture it's an insult to face ur shoes towards someone next to you, when u r seated!! A good example of lack of proper Business Etiquette!! Get educated man, and do some h/w, research b4 welcoming int'l guests!! Shame..
