Cooking a pork

It is always good to cook pork with mustard paste, cumin, and soy with little bit of water in slow fire makes it tender and soft. Make sure that it cooks in it own fat. Just add little water on intervals.

Then you can use that pork for anything
curries, Pan Grill the best will be to be add in hot pan and add 2 spoon of honey with ginger. The honey will blend well with greasy character of pork and ginger will provide the zesty palate to it. To add more additional touch just use bbq sauce from supermarket and add tobasco as per your  taste buds.

now you have honey glazed pork with spicy bbq sauce

Mistakes: Dont let the pork remain long time in pan as it will build bitter taste
Dont add lemon with pork as pork fatty nature will be cut down and once it is not hot it creates the chemical imbalance on its taste
