You are absolutely right Chakra, In every place there must be a thing called law and order. Though is says that rules are made to be broken but still there needs to be a thing called decency. I dont what people think of themselves. I am wondering in this 21st century who can use computer and the newest technologies doesn't have anything called ethics.
