Yesai, i don't think you should be worried if you have legitimate employer and all work documents and as long as you don't fall under TAL http://www.scribd.com/doc/13222616/Petition-US-Visa-Delays-due-to-221g-TAL-Administrative-Processing and as long as your name is standard nepali name.

However, after my experience, i'm only going to come back with advance parole or multiple entry still valid.

I think i would have gotten the visa without delays had it not been for my muslim name.
